YOYO by ZAQ  Return and Replacement Policy


At Ababeel International LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase of our products. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your purchase. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

a. Product Condition:

The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

The product should not be damaged, tampered with, or used.

b. Proof of Purchase:

You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to process your return.

2. Replacements

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement request. If your return is approved, we will process a replacement for the original product. Please allow us up to 30 business days to process the replacement. Processing times may vary based on product availability.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, from YOYO by ZAQ will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you are returning the product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

a. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer

b. Perishable or consumable items, excluding Himalayan pink salt itself

6. Exchange Policy

YOYO by ZAQ does not currently offer direct product exchanges. Should you wish to exchange a product, please follow our return policy guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and provide a replacement. If the order has already been shipped, you may follow our return policy to receive a replacement.
